0.13 - Balance Update

This update aims to change some mechanics that make the game more challenging.
It should also improve compatibility and performance due to some fixes in Rubidium and removal of mods that have duplicate functions.

Config Changes

- Disabled ToroHealth tooltips.
- Improved great shovel recipes for Vanilla+ Tools.
- Find My Friends will now update half the time, and will show players regardless of them sneaking.
- Eroding Stone Entities will erode in one minute (instead of 30 seconds).
- No Hostiles Around Campfire will no longer burn hostile mobs in the area.
