0.12 - Maintenance Update

This update aims to remove as many mods as possible, to lower the mod count.
This doesn't mean the function is removed. They're just implemented in a different way.
Most recipe mods are converted to CraftTweaker, for example.

Performance Related Changes

With this update, the pack now uses Rubidium, a Sodium port.
Starlight is also bundled for faster lighting and chunk generation.

OptiFine is not compatible with these mods. You can always delete these these mods and install OptiFine instead.
There will be no incompatibilites between any mods.
Fresh Animations is no longer bundled with the pack due to OptiFine requirement.
Other Dynamic Light mods affect frametimes, so it is currently lacking.

These changes may not be permanent, but a required one for the moment since the performance of 1.18 is unbearable on even powerful systems, and OptiFine's thread queue system creates a lot of input lag, resulting in gameplay disadvantages.

- Updated Forge to 39.0.66.

Config Updates

- Double Doors: Adjacent trapdoors won't open.

- JFRTL: Rotten Flesh to Leather recipe is now harder.
