Candidate for official server pack of Carter's Discord, centered around Project MMO and MineColonies. This simulates a runescape-esque leveling feature, with an added colony development mode.

ProjectMMO locks tool usage, crafting, mining of certain blocks, and more behind a leveling system that increases as you develop that particular skill

There are tons of bugs right now, if you find one feel free to let me know.
