gocleau create-sequentially

This is a cleaned up version of the original, with a few mods from the previous version missing, but nothing should be that different.  The notable change is the removal of industrial foregoing, so if that is something you want you can edit the pack and add it; I felt like everything you could accomplish with it was available in Create.  Xaero was replaced with Journeymap.  Apart from those major changes this is mostly a rebuild.
