* changed the recipe for the Angel Ring to require either a Create Jetpack or a Botania Flügel Tiara instead of an Elytra, to hopefully provide a bit more of a sense of progression

- turned down the overall volume of all sounds to 0.8 to be a bit less intrusive hopefully

* Xaero's Worldmap and Minimap
- reverted settings back to what they previously were (always showing entity icons when possible)
