- hostile lasso does not damage player
- hostile lasso does not require to damage mob (or at least it should but apparently it's bugged and the mob still has to be below 100% health)
- configured Bewitchment
 - changed Hellhound spawn weight from 6 to 15 to hopefully increase spawns
- configured BetterNether
 - changed the general spawn rate of Zombified Piglin from 100 to 71 in all biomes to hopefully reduce spawns a bit
