Settings changes

• Heat stroke turned off (Ecliptic Seasons). Hot biomes in summer no longer apply the Heatstroke effect.
• Force-loaded chunks now stay loaded when the team is offline (FTB Chunks). Claimed chunk loaders keep running when nobody on the team is online.

Notes

• Some keybinds overlap (F7 is also Ice and Fire's dragon camera view, F9 is also Framed Blocks' refresh). Rebind whichever you prefer in Options, then Controls.
• Tip: Ecliptic Seasons has a craftable Calendar for checking the current season and solar term.
• Server owners: all of the new mods except More Overlays are required on the server. Use the matching 0.3.0-beta server pack.
