Doctor Who - Weeping Angels. there was an unresolved bug causing a large amount of Angel spawns in the Nether, causing it to be very frustrating to navigate the Nether
Vampirism. Terralith generation conflicted with the generation for Vampirism causing the Vampire Forest to not generate, which meant you were unable to progress Vampirism
