Generality 4

I took a break from this community for awhile but I'm back now with a new Generality pack.  This pack has a little bit of everything, although it's mostly focused on QoL features and basic tech mods.  The main idea, much like the rest of the packs in the Generality series, is to feel like its own game, totally separate from Minecraft.
