Server update 2.0: The server (and this version in general) seem to not enjoy initially launching. If the server doesn't make it past the "[modloading-worker-0/INFO] [libIPN/]: [libIPN] libIPN - init in Kotlin" line, stop it and restart it as many times as it takes for it to make it past that line.

IF YOU RUN INTO OTHER ISSUES AFTER SIGNING THE EULA (besides the Kotlin one):

Please take the logs\latest.log file in the main server file, copy and paste the text into pastebin or paste.gg, and leave a comment on the modpack page. I'll get around to fixing the issue as soon as I can.
