Hello again,
this time, we got a big "balancing" update.

Enderium in TiC was nerved quite a bit but should be more easily accessable now.

I also added recipes to all ThermalDynamic pipes and items.

The next big thing new are the mods ATG (use it if you want), ExtraCells2 (for fluidstorage) and extraUtilities (mostly disabled though).

and like always some updates.
