What's new
1.16 is coming out before there's any chance of a cave update, so I figured I'd take this excuse to spruce up the Nether too while I'm at it. (New ores!)

* Fixed insane Flame Spewer spawn rates in the Nether
* Disabled fish except between 45 < y < 64
* Reduced Silent's Gems flower luminosity
