This is effectively "Vanilla Gelato 2: The expanding".
It is not quite a superset of VG, it removes CraftTweaker and the Chicken Chunk Loader, and adds Dimensional Dungeons, KubeJS for enhanced tweaking, and it is "covered in bees".
It is trying to maintain the flavor of Vanilla Gelato in that it aims to only add mods that are "vanilla in nature", in other words, mods that encourage you to build functional single purpose multi-block machines from separate physical components rather than just putting down a block that does multiple things. Sadly there are currently tasks that cannot be achieved yet in such a way (I'm looking at you "removing all the water from a space") sp it currently includes mods like "RFTools Builder" to provide such functionality.
