Reuploaded due to Tech Reborn and Reborn Core versions no longer being on curse.
In the next version, I most likely will revamp some of the Reskillable values for armors and swords as they are currently based on what mining tier the corresponding pickaxe is for. This does not accurately represent how much protection specific pieces of armor give.
