-Added Super Circuit maker
-added biomes o' Plenty
-added armoa1997's dimensional world
-changed config so that yellorium can spawn in aroma1997's dimensional world
-disabled veinminer enchant and tinkers veinminer modifier(you can enabled it if you want to, I just think it's a bit annoying)

Through the testing I have done up to this point I have not seen anything game breaking and I think its time to actually release the pack. There is one problem I can think of that I have been having and that is when you're mining sometimes the game seems to forget you're holding your left mouse button and just stops mining. This does not happen very often and I have a suspicion that it is actually my mouse :P. any feedback on the pack is more than welcome (especially if you find bugs).
