Added Botania Due to the fact that learning it has been fun and also Tetra Datapacks may be available soon to incorporate Botany Materials into your tools via Tetra :D

-Added Quests for Botania and Spatial Harvesters, I also tuned up some of the other quests and added a couple misc ones.
-Tweaked config files on spawn rates to accomodate Botania for lower end Machines 4Gb RAM and still running just fine havent tested on less
