Added Quests System

   For now there are relatively few quests but I will be adding more over time after playtesting to decide good quest reward tables.

Added KubeJS and NBT Tooltip to make recipe tweaking and quest development easier

 

Tweaked Several recipes that were too easy to obtain or too strong for regular play. These tweaks can be found in the scripts folder.

   Expect more recipe changes as development continues. It is one of the primary ways to balance the pack.
