Expect to find special zombies in the overworld that drops parts that will make you stronger. Those parts come with the cost of your body, so watch out for your "tolerance" bar in the surgery module.
Note:Since you keep your cyberparts after death, dying with zero tolerance will kill you forever. It is advised to switch to creative mode to stop it and fix the issue.
