Fancy Menu:
Updated the World Creation screen with button location changes and button images.
Removed the ability to change the World Type.
Changed the Configure button label to Change Island.

Misc:
Added Shapeless recipes for all Rods.
Fixed recipe conflict with Quark's Iron Grate, and 'Dustrial Decor's Iron Bar Trapdoor.
Thermal Bitumen and Bitumen Block are now Fire Resistant.
Replaced Thermal's Lapis gear with Emendatus Lapis gear.
