Redid all of the emc values based on the equation 1371e^-5.39x where x is the spawn chance as given by just enough resources
I did this to balance project e because the old values were completely broken.
Base ingots were formed with the equation
Nugget emc is base/9*1.05 (5% more value)
Block emc is base*9*0.95 (5% less value)
Ore emc is base*1.75 to encourage ore doubling

Added all Just enough resources ore graphs to easily see where they spawn. Every dimension was gone through, from the overworld, to the nether, to galacticraft planets.
Removed nuclearcraft ore gen in the overworld except for uranium (small chance still)
Added nuclearcraft ore gen in The Beneath
Fixed conflicts with different modded ingots
For example, if crafting with electrum ingot, only thermal ingots will show.
Removed disabled ores from JEI
