This modpack is designed to allow for nearly vanilla play (with some QoL improvements) if desired. QoL mods like AnvilTweaks, AppleSkin, FastLeafDecay, etc. shouldn't detract from a vanilla-like playthrough. Other mods like TerraForged, Dungeon Crawl, and and Upgrade Aquatic change up the vanilla gameplay, without (I hope) making it unrecognizable. And finally, mods like The Midnight, Dimensional Dungeons, and MineColonies change up vanilla gameplay more substantially, but should all be ignoreable if the player wants to stick with vanilla, or added in for that extra gameplay swirl.
Current pack functions, with issues. Planned changes to come:
Replace Vanilla+ Tools with Vanilla Hammers and Vanilla Excavators for better support for modded (Quark, etc.) stone
CraftTweaker integration for some recipes, currently furnace recipe using modded (Quark etc.) stone
Take a look at ore generation because it seems... weird to me. Not sure what (if any) change will result
