Changelog - FTP Vinilla Rev 1.3.0

This is the first major update since the creation of the pack. It primarily was updated due to a major bug in chunks that kept causing the server to time out and crash. Additionally, we updated as many mods included in the pack to avoid any possible future corruptions and issues (hopefully) for now. The updates and changes include:
