Removed:
- Mojang
- Sanity

Core Changes:
- Added "Chapter 5: The Final Stand"
  (It only has 2 main objectives, but there will be one final objective in the future. It's currently mostly for Lore purposes)
- Added more quests to the Create chapter
- Tweaked some quest rewards by adding or removing some
- Re-worded a few quest descriptions
