The modpack was created for a group of friends to play some of the exciting new mods available in 1.8.9
Its none of these fancy modpacks that tell you that they are focused on any part of the game, its just a general mix of sci-fi and magic to enjoy for players who want to play on a more stable version of minecraft as opposed to the buggy and resourceconsuming 1.7.x releases. It contains major magic mods and major technic mods that we belive anyone will have their fun in playing. It also may become our testing ground for balance changes for our own mods once they get out of the closed development stage and get released on curseforge.
Furthermore, with this pack we want to encourage server play,. setting up a server is as easy as this:
- Download the corresponding Minecraft Forge Server version, usually the newest should do.
- Launch the forge-[VERSION].jar file and wait until it genereated the eula file and crashed.
- Open the eula file and change "eula=false" to "eula=true"
- Copy over the "config" and "mods" folder from your modpack install folder
- Boot up the server and you should be done

The map was initally created for a private server and will not recieve as frequent updates as larger packs, but we will try to have all current features of the included mods at all times.
