-Removed ProjectE and its affiliate mods, We love projectE but it has the problem of being too good, to the point where the user does not use any other mods

-Removed redundant tech mods.  This includes computercraft as it is most usefull in it's interactions than by itself.

-Added mods to compensate for ProjectE's removal and a few others to round out the experience.
