The Fremesis, a mob aptly named "Your Friend, Your Nemesis," offers a risky encounter. When you approach it, the creature allows you trade your useless items for useful ones. It's a true wildcard, forcing you to gamble between a useful reward and a significant setback, because watch out for it's rage!
