This modpack does use Vulkan for optimization (the best optimization mod in minecraft)

Sadly, you cant use shaders with Vulkan this pack for low end pcs and you can play with your friends if you did download this and they did download the original one.

You dont need to use /clear weather every few minute because rain looks cool even without shaders!
