**to run the server be sure to download the correct SERVER files, run the launch server batch file, edit the EULA and set to true and rerun the launch server batch file. The server files wont overwrite your previous world data!

 

The aim of this project has evolved.  The pack is heading towards being a slightly harder game to play. There are mods that change and enhance the way the monsters act. Dungeons to raid. Lands to explore - carefully!

 

Players have a large selection of technical mods that add enough complexity to minecraft that allow you to build sophisticated machinery to automate many daily tasks, set up new creations to impress your friends with, and allow your creative juices chance to go wild. 

 

There's plenty to see and do, but not becoming so over-powering that you become bored too quickly.

While keeping the game fun and interesting, I intend to keep things lightweight for players and servers.

Ignius extruder - basic recipe removed. This was being used as a quick way to get tinkerers obsidian pickaxe. its intended you level up pickaxes for that task.
Removed chandelier and Magnum Torch as they defeat the point of having mobs in the game.
Removed florbs. They are great if you want a PVP style minecraft game - and spammy in NEI if you don't use them.
Make darksteel armor cost more. I don't want you getting it too early!
Removed the healing axe. Its just now the way I want this pack played (thanx Tim!).
Enovation dynamo is back and re-balanced the rf it produced.
Changed the rf created by lava (thanx Jon!) and adjusted power generated from high end fuels.
Adjusted flight loss with glider. Tbh i'm against flying. So i'm going to make it uderpowered.  We fight mobs. Not take flight.
The dark steel pick is already disabled but if you have one you now cant use it on Ardite and Cobalt.

Shedding has been turned off - its a lazy way to get resources (including emeralds dropped by villagers)
Some generators removed as they are op. Potion, culinary, redstone, tnt and high temperature generators.
Removed scarecrows - they defeat the purpose of having mobs.
Dark steel pickaxe (both versions) removed as they bypass the need to use tinkerers.
Pig iron pickaxe head removed as also op.
Millgid fixed Vat recipe bug caused by not having thaumcraft installed.
Added screenshots to front end.

Another attempt to remove duplicated copper and tin ores!

Removed enovation dynamo recipe - its so op its stupid - 40,000RF from 1 bit of redstone dust. I DONT THINK SO!

Removed Better Builder's Wands  mod - not needed ans there are still 2 wands in the game if you really want one.

Changed the recipe for BC Block Breaker - Players need to progress through  weapons and tools with tinkerers. You could have used the block breaker to jump to obsidian tools. Not any more.

Removed extra utilities ring that and Botania flightTiara - these make flying too easy and players prioritise making them.
I dont want flying to be something you get so easily with little running costs.
Forestry and Tinkerers - turned off copper and tin ore gen - we dont want 3 types of these ores!
modify recipe for Ball of moss so that some effort is needed to get regeneraton on tools / weapons

Removed Jabba - not adding much in tech or game play

Removed ichunutil and Hats- not adding much in tech or adventuring. it is a fun mod and might make a return. But im trying to keep things light.
