Fractured Reality: v1.2.0

This update for Fractured Reality focuses on improving mining flexibility, expanding Compact Drawers compatibility, updating the modpack's dependencies, and fixing an important issue with the Ender Dragon fight.

Gameplay Improvements

• Improved the Vein Mining enchantment.
• Vein Mining can now be used on all types of mineable blocks, giving players much more freedom when gathering large quantities of resources.
• This removes previous block restrictions while keeping the enchantment as the main way to access vein mining.

Compact Drawers Compatibility

Expanded Compact Drawers compatibility with additional resources used throughout the modpack.

The following items can now be stored and compacted correctly:

• Depthrock Pebble
• Brick
• Nether Brick
• Snowball
• Clay Ball
• String

This should make bulk storage and automation more convenient, especially for resources generated or collected in large quantities.

Removed Mods

Cupboard

• Removed Cupboard from the modpack as it is no longer required after the removal of DragonFight.

DragonFight

• Removed DragonFight due to an issue affecting the custom Ender Dragon encounter.
• When a player died during the fight and returned to the End, the Dragon could incorrectly regain health.
• In some situations, its remaining health could effectively be multiplied, making the encounter increasingly difficult after each player death.
• Removing DragonFight prevents this issue and provides a more consistent Ender Dragon encounter.

Quality of Life

• Vein Mining is now significantly more flexible.
• Expanded Compact Drawers support for commonly collected resources.
• Updated several client-side optimization and visual mods.
• Updated multiple core libraries and dependencies.
• Improved stability of the Ender Dragon encounter.
• Various small compatibility and configuration improvements.

Notes

This update mainly focuses on quality of life, compatibility, dependency updates, and Ender Dragon stability.

Existing worlds from v1.1.0 should remain compatible with v1.2.0, but creating a backup before updating is always recommended.

Because DragonFight and Cupboard have been removed, make sure to remove their .jar files when manually updating an existing installation for server.
