Currently the level type is set to BIOMESOP, so you will need to change that if you don't want to use Biomes O Plenty!
Also, I disabled the version check in the forge.toml file to speed up launch time. If you want to use that, you will have to re-enable it.
Otherwise, set the EULA to true and run the START.bat file!
