This mod pack was created because none of the mod pack had everything I've been looking for.
This mod pack is a general kitchen sink pack in 1.16.5. It includes many tech mods such as Imerrsive engineering, Mekanism, Refined storage, RFTools, and the Thermal series. It also has a lot of general mods like Tinkers Construct, Minecolonies and Mystical Agriculture.
