Fortres Project Fleur

I was the big dumb when I made Version 3, I never tried to launch it or play test it. After I had already released it, I found out it was very broken. This version actually works, and I am actively trying to optimize the modpack to run a bit smoother by cutting down on some of the mods that aren't really needed or we're never really used in the servers I ran before.

The release will be out within the next week or so, but I'm putting out a beta so that some friends of mine can playtest it themselves and check it out before I launch another server.
