Fortres Project Fleur

Removed various mods that didn't really have a place in the modpack and added a few new ones in their place. Some mod changes include:

- Added Travelers Backpacks

- Removed Atum 2, but added Mowzies Mobs and Twilight Forest

- Added Pam's Harvestcraft

Changes to the Menu Screen

- Changed background panorama to the spawn of the Fortres Vanilla Server

- Changed the splash texts to Zero Context quotes from the Fortres Dircord

Config Tweaks

- Agricraft: Changed the growth multipliers of Cropsticks and Sprinklers to be less frequent to require larger farms and more grinding to scale into late game.

- Ice and Fire: Extended the barrier for Dragons to spawn past from World Spawn to 500 blocks to make it easier to scale past early-mid game. Also increased the max Dragon Health a bit more to increase the difficulty of killing tear 5 Dragons with Tinkers Weapons.

Quests

- Added multiple beginner quest lines that are not complete but will still get you started on Tech Mods and Mystical Agriculture. Other quest lines are incomplete and will be finished in a future update along with a money and shop system to partner rewards with.
