Forged Old and New

Forged Old and New is a modpack with a focus on mods with ores/tools/armour, auto-crafting, different storage options and tweaks for assisting players or spicing up the game.

The modpack contains mods like Apple Trees Revived (an apple tree mod), Farming In Rain offers crop growth benefits with rain and Resource Overhaul (a ores across the overworld, nether and end with tools and armour of the poison, fake gold [Pyrite] and other gap filling options) that are later mod releases.

While including earlier mod releases offering increasing storage and crafting options like Container (a block that you use different items to do stack size benefits with), Flat Entities which makes mobs appear in 2D, Lightest Lamps which offers more expanded lighting options for mob farms (so higher than 15 blocks that Torches and Glowstone offer) while Crafting Automat offers an Auto Crafting table.

Other mods benefit Redstone like Extended Redstone Power, Ender Pearl Dispensers, assisting the player like Particle Toggler (keybind for Particles video option), Chest Locator and Spawner Locator for finding loot and spawners.

The pack was focused on getting certain mods that were completed also or not going to crash the game, as some for the version targeted were unfinished or new and moved on to newer ones since. Which is why the pack is marked as Beta.
