Multiplayer Update part 2, Fixes, Improvements!

New mods to help with multiplayer and QoL! Item descriptions were given a bit of color and some items got new descriptions or elaborates on uses that weren't there before! Open your guidebook and check the information tab on JEI!

Mod Updates:
    -Added Durability Tooltip mod

    -Added Map Tooltip mod
    -Added FTB Util and FTB Lib mods    [Multiplayer land claiming]

    -Updated CratftTweaker, FoamFix, Legendary Tooltips, FastWorkbench


Additions: 
    -Added Land Claiming page to guidebook
    -Added a picture to the KleeSlabs page in the guidebook
    -Formatted JEI descriptions to make descriptions easier to read

    -Added JEI descriptions for a few more items (hopefully for the last time)
    -Added custom tooltip borders for a few more rare items.

    -Hid a few more unobtainable items from JEI that passed through the radar


Fixes:
    -Fixed issue with beacons not applying effects properly
    -Fixed incorrect JEI descriptions for Transformation Powder
    -Fixed main menu version number not updating
