Ever wondered what it would be like if Minecraft was covered in an eternal darkness. What new creatures would emerge from it. Will you still be able to conquer the world?

Explore a world full of horrific creatures such as cryptids, the undead, vampires, ghouls and other forms of cadavers. All this monstrosity doesn't come with all negatives, as what brought these monsters to this world also introduced magic to it. Magic that the player can harness and use to help aid their journey, through this world full of horror.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT update the "FancyMenu" mod nor the "WATERMeDIA" mod. These mods are set to a specific version so they work with "FancyMenu: Video Extension". All of the other mods in the pack are fine to update as you please (including FM: Video Extension), just not the aforementioned (bolded) ones.

If the GUI is oversized the "OPTIONS" button is located UNDER the "MULTIPLAYER" button, if you're unable to click it or it isn't visable on your screen. You can manually change the GUI Size by going to C:\Users\username\curseforge\minecraft\Instances\Forever In Darkness\options.txt, where you can then hit CTRL + F and search for "guiScale". I recommend setting it to 2 (It should look like this "guiScale:2"), this should set the gui to an appropriate size!
Main Menu GUI should be forced to 2 automatically but no other gui is, keep that in mind.

The custom resource pack made for the modpack ("Forever-in-Darkness_Main-Pack") isn't compatible with embedium but still works without affecting gameplay. This is caused due to the modpack being made for minecraft version 1.20.1, whilst the resource pack is made for minecraft version 1.20. This doesn't cause any problems and while harmless will unfortunately give a warning message when first launching the modpack. Nothing to worry about!
