Forever Frozen is a survival based pack set in a frozen world where you have to experiment with crops and to try and leave the world using ad astra. The pack features distant horizons as well as Tetra an exploration based tool creation mod kind of like tinkers construct. Withing this is some decoration mods to help you feel more cozy in whatever type of base you decide to build. Having the whole world be cold I would bring some campfires with you since due to the cold sweat mod you may have around 5 minutes at most out in the cold before perishing.
