This pack was intended to feel like a Vanilla+ with some actual mods sprinkled in your sandbox. There are no magical one block mines 600 chunks or one block quadruples your ores and smelts them.
If there are "magical" blocks, you have to program them yourself, nothing comes out of the box useful unless you make it that way! These blocks are also here because I love them :)
