Fluorescent Skies

Added some Quests to show some Qol features + re-organized some quests to make them accurate

Added the FTB Utilities mod, which has several useful features

The amount of acorns obtained per sky orchards tree is now significantly lower

Cobblestone cannot be used to create seared bricks in the smeltery (but stone can) now.

The manabottle now requires water bottles, not empty bottles

Brick blocks can now be crafted into 4 brick items

Wooden Hoppers and chests can now be crafted directly with logs

Comparators (usable to create redstone clock for smeltery automation) have a easier recipe

Contenttweaker Mud can now be used to create Mud Bricks from Tinker's Construct

Blaze Powder is now creatable
