FloorCon

First Beta version of the pack for SP testing - please make sure to also test "Realistic" world type (option added by Quark).

Notable config changes:

- Building Bricks doesn't generate Grass Slabs in the world

- Chisel can't change colors of blocks or swap stone into bricks and back
