Changelog: Replaced tinker quest that required all oak wood to complete it, added ex nihilo sieve quest before the Make a farm!
Quest for new players to get sieves first in case they don't want to hunt for a cactus, changed a few quest drops.
Changed battle tower spawn rate to help server performance Removed several drops from common-rare loot bags and made mobs drop only common-rare.
