Removed Woot and IF Woot addon


Added Hostile Neural Networks
Added Extra Hostile addon mod for reasons.

Updated all mods with available R or B update options to ensure latest bugfixes and performance tweaks.

This might be the last major version of this pack, pending issues ofc. It's a major time-sink and extremely frustrating trying to get MC playable and all the packs cooperating. 40-50 hours went into getting this playable and stable.
