More config changes to get rid of those pesky multiple ores generating.


Removed Chicken Chunks, Mystcraft, Ender Batteries. This was to keep the pack smallish, and I felt they didn't add anything significant to the gameplay. If you want to chunk-load, use FTB_Utils.


Added ICBM and all it's dependencies, Carpenters Blocks, and RFTools.
