- Removed Better Weather for stability reasons

+ Updated several mods

+ Added CraftingTweaks recepies for all Vanilla logs to planks because the default No Tree Punching recepies had issues with Druidcraft that caused Beams to be crafted instead of planks. Will also make building with planks less frustrating.
