After much trial and error, found the best combination of performance mods for a lower end PC (i5 3k, 1060TI, 16g ram, not the lowest but after multiple tests for trying to get performance and TICK handling, the machine is having smooth performances. If any FPS drops occurring I found removing enchant glint on armour removed any problems.)

Because of Create updating Flywheel was removed, so was Oculus Fywheel Compat, Oculus and Rubidium Extras (no idea as to why RE removal helped but getting consistent performance without deadlocks.) If you're using shaders, manually install Oculus 1.18.2 v1.6.4. 

Added, Dot Coin Mod and Custom Villager Trading  - Monsters and chests can now drop coins in which you use for villager trades some still take emeralds but most basic trades will now deal in this new currency, Wandering Traders still use Emeralds. 

All goblins (aside from Goblin Traders) now all have a chance to drop goblin coins. Goblin Traders now use these as currency instead of Emeralds. You can also use these coins to trade with less hostile goblins as well.

Updated Grimoire Of Gaia, HMAG and Undead Unleashed.

Fixed dungeon loot that needed to be removed of unsupported items.

Fixed orcs not spawning.
