Big fish with teeth migrated to some cold oceans.
Added some epic fight weapons to dungeon loot. 
Added a recipe for the katana.
Removed orb of dominance staff, will crash if used on multiplayer, will reintroduce with custom recipe if it gets patched.
You can now recycle left over skill books.
Added back Better Villages and Ice and Fire compat, scribes were generating too much even at a weight of 2. (default is 22.)
Increased chances for villages to fall under a faction and removed their override for churches to give priority to Better Villages.
