Updated UndeadRevamp2 to version 0.7 the older version seemed to deadlock when Minos debuff was active in singleplayer instances and not serverside. (If failure on load up cleanly install or delete Towns and Towers config and boot up.) 
Disabled tags behind walls.
Smoother experience on lower performing PC test.
