Some more fixes here and there around the pack.

*** PlusTiC has been replaced with MoarTinkers as PlusTiC is basically no longer available.
*** Dimensional Doors has been removed.
*** Added AgriCraft, Construct's Armory, Armory Expansion, Random Patches, Ido, and all relevant core mods.
This has bumped up the mod count a bit but in effect it doesn't add that much loading time so I thought it was fine.
+ EnderIO now better conforms to the circuitry standards in the pack.
+ Changes to Pam's HarvestCraft and OreExcavation configuration.
+ Various more recipe tweaks including Digital Miner nerf.
- Gotta work on Patchouli.
- Removed all ProjectE related recipes because.
This mod has no additional files
