Feed the Pyru 3: Supper Time Tougher Time

I was asked to make a new modpack. And so I return for a third time to bring you a glorious modpack.

The focus this time is a Tech and Magic three-way war between Vampires, Vampire Hunters/Normal Folk, and Werewolves. Balance was achieved by letting the players decide how to use stuff instead of my messing with the configs too much.
