Fear At Dusk

Update 1.0, full release of the mod pack after numerous testing. Added many new dweller variants, and aimed to create the best hardcore experience. Fixed previous dwellers that weren't working before, adjusted spawn rates so you won't only see one dweller on the surface anymore, over and over again. Enjoy full release of the modpack! If there are any suggestions do comment! I can make the changes for the next modpack update! (Not going to spoil all the creatures and adjusted spawnrates this modpack contains, but be prepared for an overwhelming starting experience.)
